WIAW, Some New Stuff...

I actually ate some different foods this week. I know, shocking, right? So for my WIAW post this week let's have a look and see some new stuff.

This is not in any kind of real order, so we are gonna jump around a bit.

What can be better than Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Therapy. This is heaven in an ice cream container. I did spread it out over three days.
Shrimp tacos from Chuy's on Sunday afternoon. I don't have shrimp very often because my cholesterol doesn't like me when I do, but this was fabulous. And now we are back to being a vegetarian.
I made pancakes for the girls on Sunday and added a banana and maple syrup to mine.
Imagine my surprise when I discovered that I was out of hummus, I had to take something different for lunch. I still have three more days this week that I have to figure something not hummus to take. This is a Amy's Southwestern Burrito. I really do love these.
Josh made pepperoni pizza pasta for him and the girls to have for dinner tonight. Think pasta, pizza sauce, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese all baked and bubbly. When I got home from yoga I decided to go with a pb&j sandwich with chia seeds and cheese pretzels.
I did get some of my favorite greens in this week. Leftover roasted sweet potatoes and mushrooms, roasted Brussels sprouts and broccoli with mac n cheese.
When I made the roasted veggies this weekend I paired them with fake chicken nuggets.
After my post marathon egg salad sandwich last week, I decided to hard boil some eggs on Saturday. Egg salad sadwich with tomatoes and pickles (they are green), and chips. I ate this for lunch on Saturday and dinner on Sunday.

Friday night before we went to Hailey's soccer game we had dinner at Sandro's. I had a slice of their veggie pizza. There is a little green on there.

What could go better with that pizza than a Caesar salad.

There you have it, it was a little bit of everything this week. I was a little more creative this week, but I still need to work on actually getting into the kitchen to cook a little more. I won't even talk about how I went another week without baking a damn thing. I had to buy another box of Oreo cookies so my kiddos wouldn't feel deprived of dessert because their mom can't seem to figure out how to use the stand mixer and the oven in tandem anymore.

Here's hoping I will have the motivation to get cookind and baking this week.
